If you book an appointment through our scheduler, we also collect the information you enter there, such as your address and preferred appointment time.

We may use cookies and similar tools for analytics and advertising measurement (for example, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google Ads, or Meta pixels) to understand how visitors use the site and how our ads perform. - Our Chicago team. Requests submitted from our Chicago page are handled by our Chicago-area team, which will contact you directly.
